The Connectivity Center Rewards Program is a way to give back to our customers – a way to say Happy Birthday! Merry Christmas! Or simply Thank You. Our Program allows you to earn points for certain actions you take on the site. Points are also awarded based on making purchases and customer actions such as submitting reviews or giving a quick like, share, or referral on social media.

Benefits of Connectivity Points for Registered Customers

Once you register to receive our newsletters you will be able to earn and accrue Connectivity Points, which are then redeemable at time of purchase towards the cost of your order. Rewards are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site and just one way to appreciate being a loyal customer.

Earning Connectivity Points

Points can currently be earned for the following actions. Disclosure: Some of the earning rules are still being written on our end, so stay tuned for full rollout. Given that this program in beta, The Connectivity Center reserves any right to refuse the honor of any sales using point redemption. This is only due to the fact that some accounts may affected by initial updates to the current earning rules. Please bear with us as we optimize your consumer experience.

• Making purchases — every time you make a purchase you return 1% points back towards online orders based on the subtotal of your checkout (Checkout minus shipping). Best of all, there is no minimum purchase! Every online order recieves at very least a dollar off on the next purchase.
• Making purchases over $200 — Purchases over $200 earn FIVE TIMES the amount points for purchasing in volume – a 5% return on points! Just one $200+ order = take at least $10 off any return order!
• Registering on the site will give you access to our Connectivity Rewards Program, confirm our permission to send you monthly newsletters, and earn yourself 5 points ($5 off any order)
• Subscribing to a newsletter for the first time will earn you 5 points ($5 off any order)
• Referrals — Earn extra points by inviting your friends to join the site – When they make a purchase you will earn YOUR FRIEND’S Connectivity Points. And Yes. Your friend still earns their points too.
• Review Submission — Earn 1 point per review for submitting product reviews! ($1 off per review)

Connectivity Points Exchange Rates

The value of Connectivity Points is determined by an exchange rate of both currency spent on products to points, and an exchange rate of points earned to currency for spending on future purchases. That being said – Our current going rate per Connectivity Point is one point per USD off at checkout 🙂

Redeeming Connectivity Points

You can redeem your Connectivity Points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them you will have the option of using points as a discount to your purchase. The option to use points will be presented to you as an expandable under option under “Apply Gift Card”. Redeemable Connectivity Points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards, as well as other options.

Connectivity Points Minimums and Maximums

Connectivity Points can be, but are not currently, capped at the maximum value of points which can be earned or used in a single purchase. This is only to protect our business from incurring costs greater than revenue generated. The Connectivity Center reserves the rights to place minimum spending cap as well.

Managing My Connectivity Points

You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.

Connectivity Points Expiration

Connectivity Points can be set to expire. Points will expire in the order form which they were first earned. The current expiration date set for Connectivity Points is One Year. Note: You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose points, as well as point expiration notifications. This option is found in the Connectivity Points section of the My Account area. This link will also allow you to unsubscribe from account updates.
