1. Start the zip tie around your bundle of cables.
2. Insert the tail of the zip tie through the top of the tool.
3. Squeeze the large handles to ratchet the zip tie to a snug fit around the cable bundle.
4. Squeeze the small handle to cut the excess tail flush with the zip tie head.
